Hong Kong Bill of Rights : ウィキペディア英語版 | Hong Kong Bill of Rights Ordinance The Hong Kong Bill of Rights Ordinance, often referred to as the Hong Kong Bill of Rights, is Chapter 383 of the Laws of Hong Kong, which transposed the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights so that it is incorporated in Hong Kong law. It supersedes conflicting laws to protect human rights. The Bill was developed in 1990, and was passed by the Legislative Council in June 1991. It contains 14 sections. Section 3 provides that all earlier laws identified as contravening the Covenant are to be repealed; this affected some provisions of the Public Order Ordinance. ==See also==
